Report on the URGENT COMMUNITY MEETING held on Monday 31 August 2026 At the meeting at the Braywood Memorial Hall a group of residents discussed the best way to fight the appeal against RBWM's refusal of the planning permission for the unauthorised Traveller site at Fifield. It is important to maintain proportionate, considered and lawful positions regarding this matter and, to support this, a document has been put together to suggest ways in which an individual may effectively object. Although you may have written an objection in the past, it is a good idea to write again, as these submissions will go directly to the planning inspectorate and not the RBWM enforcement team. It is, therefore, a good idea to copy in the enforcement team so that we ensure we are all moving in the same direction. Please note that we do not recommend the use of AI to write these objections. However, if you choose to do so, you must declare this.
