Annual General Meeting - Thursday October 1 2026

The AGM will be followed by a talk and presentation by Guest Speaker

Oakley Green, Fifield and District Community Association Limited,
hereinafter referred to as “the Association”.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members
of the Association will be held at
Braywood Memorial Hall, Fifield Rd, Fifield, SL6 2NX
on Thursday 1st October 2026 at 7.30pm.

AGENDA

1 - To receive the Directors’ Report and a full statement of accounts
showing the receipts and expenditure for the period ending 31 March 2026
and a balance sheet as at that date.

2 - To receive from the Committee a report of the activities of the Association.

3 - To elect the required number of Directors which have been duly nominated
in accordance with the Rules of the Association.

4 - To decide on any resolution that has been duly submitted to the meeting
in accordance with the Rules of the Association.

No Resolutions have been notified to the Association.
Any matter, therefore, raised by the Members at the Meeting
will be noted and discussed by the Committee at a later date.
Only Members of the Association are entitled to vote at the Meeting.
Any such Member unable to attend the Meeting may appoint a Proxy or Proxies
and a Form is available from the Secretary or by using the button below.
The completion of a Proxy Form will not prevent a Member from attending and
voting at the Meeting in person should he/she subsequently find that they
are able to do so. A Proxy need not be a Member of the Association.
All Proxies should be lodged with the Secretary by 12 Noon on the
day before the Annual General Meeting. A form for the nomination
of a candidate as a Director is available from the Secretary or by using
the button below. Completed forms must be received by the Secretary
not less than 28 days before the Annual General Meeting.
